Joanna D. Mcwhorter Said: Of course it's not painless but it works ( Nov. 20th 2009 )
I'm actually buying a second one of these because I lost the first when I moved. Yea it hurts, you're ripping hair out so it's like using a tweezer on speed. It works though. If you have dark hairs in weird places, it fixes that. As to the person that was bitching about it not working on their legs, why the hell would you try to use it on your legs? It has one slot that the hair goes through...that's just retarded. It's meant for small areas like your lip, chin, etc...not you're fat cow of a leg. Emjoi has other products used for that. Do you use a tweezer on your legs? No, you don't...so don't use something called emjoi TWEEZE for that.
Gilavar Said: You get what you pay for. ( Nov. 6th 2009 )
This epilator is okay, nothing more, nothing less. It only works on a facial hair, no matter what the others might have led you to believe. Unless you want to spend hours and hours working on your legs, or any other areas of your body, this item is strictly "facial". In terms of causing or not causing a rash, it is purely individual, depending upon your skin's sensitivity. I personally did end up with an embarrassing rash on my chin, and it took me two weeks to get rid of it, by which time the hair had already grown back! But... having spent only [...] bucks, I am not overly dissapointed. At the end of the day, you get what you've paid for!
Gail in Colorado Said: Perfect for the vision impaired! ( Aug. 3rd 2009 )
My mother is vision impaired, and for us, this device is a gem. Before the Tweeze, I used to spend an hour of every visit together tweezing, trimming, waxing, etc. Now, she uses her Tweeze a few times a week and our visits are much less 'hairy'. Of course, it hurts for a microsecond when hairs are ripped out of your face, but to me it's a satisfying little jolt. I admit to giving this as a gift to friends and relatives! Bottomline: it works best on strong, dark hair vs. fine peach fuzz. An added bonus? It exfoliates and removes dry skin skin wherever you use it.

This product really works. I am a left-hemi and can only use one arm. I use this product and only have to use it once a week!
B. R. Jones Said: works one hair at a time ( Jun. 1st 2009 )
OK...this product does remove unsightly facial hair...but one hair at a time. It is extrememly painful. I have to really talk myself into using this as after I am done, I am sore and red for a couple hours. Is it worth buying? I don't know. Depends on if you are good at tolerating pain. And like I said in the beginning, it only takes out one hair at a time. That makes it seem like the process takes forever. I do use it but not as often as I should.
