I purchased these tweezers a while back (2 years). And they are great. At least at first they were, but somewhere along the line they stopped being as precise as they once were. I have course neck hair I remove and was quite happy they could grip and remove that hair with little effort. Now I find I must constantly fiddle with the tip to ensure there is nothing on the tweezers before I try hair removal. Even then, it's hit or miss. I have a second pair of tweezers that are extra pointy or pointed. They seem to work better at retaining the hair to be removed. I do like this product, but at $40 (That,s what they cost when I purchased them), I would have thought they would have performed a lot longer than 2 years.

I have tried sooo many types of tweezers and have never found a pair that work as well as these do. I typically tweeze twice a week and I would get so frusterated with inferior tweezers not doing a good job. My frusterations are gone with these tweezers! They make tweezing so easy and fast. They grip the hairs so well. You never have to go for the same hair twice; the hair is gone with the first attempt. These tweezers pull out the roots of the hairs as well, allowing you to tweeze less. Very rarely do these tweezers ever snip the hair. You can pluck fine, coarse, or short hairs very easily with these tweezers. They are a quality product that I'm so glad I purchased. It is amazing the difference between these tweezers and the cheepies at the drug-store. They are so worth the extra money.

Perfect tweezers, that stay nice and sharp for a long time. after about two years I'm thinking of getting a new pair........same kind.

An outrageously expensive pair of tweezers. For the price, I would have liked a secure carrying case to be included. No such luck. Therefore, I won't take these tweezers with me on any trips out of town. I bought these for the pleasure of using a superior tool. What sets these tweezers apart is their rigidity. The metal does not bend much while in use, which gives a feeling of precision. The next best tweezer is probably from Tweezerman, at a fraction of the price. The Tweezerman product matches Rubis in most respects, except for the rigidity.
